Objectives:

  •  Support Black entrepreneurs in the tech sector.
  •  Foster innovation and creativity within the Black tech community.
  •  Provide resources and mentorship for the development of tech startups.

Key Activities:

 

1. Startup Bootcamps:

  •  Intensive workshops on startup fundamentals, business planning, and pitching.
  •  Mentor-led sessions to guide entrepreneurs through the early stages of their startups.

 

2. Pitch Nights and Demo Days:

  •  Opportunities for entrepreneurs to pitch their ideas to a panel of industry experts and investors.
  •  Demo days for showcasing prototypes and products developed during the program.

 

3. Networking Events:

  •  Industry-specific networking events to connect entrepreneurs with potential collaborators, mentors, and investors.

with in-demand tech skills to enhance their career opportunities.

 

Objectives:

  •  Provide accessible and inclusive tech education in Black communities.
  •  Bridge the digital skills gap by offering training in high-demand tech areas.
  •  Empower individuals to pursue careers in the tech industry.

Key Activities:

 

1. Tech Training Workshops:

  •  Hands-on workshops covering coding, data analysis, and other in-demand tech skills.
  •  Accessible and beginner-friendly training sessions.

 

2. Mentorship Programs:

  •  Pairing participants with experienced mentors in the tech industry.
  •  Mentor-led career guidance and support for participants.

 

3. Community Tech Meetups:

  •  Regular meetups for participants to network, share experiences, and collaborate on tech projects.

Objectives:

  •  Empower and elevate Black women in the tech industry.
  •  Provide opportunities for leadership development and mentorship.
  •  Create a supportive network for Black women in tech.

Key Activities:

 

1. Leadership Development Workshops:

  •  Workshops on leadership skills, career advancement, and navigating challenges in the tech industry.
  •  Panel discussions featuring successful Black women leaders in tech.

 

2. Mentorship Circles:

3. Networking Dinners and Events:
